Version 1.1 | Last updated: February 16, 2026
AgentKYC provides verification signals and a public registry. Verification is not a safety certification, warranty, endorsement, guarantee of performance, or guarantee of future behavior. You are solely responsible for evaluating any agent (and any outputs/actions) before relying on it.
“Verified” means we recorded limited, point-in-time accountability signals: confirmation of control of a contact email; review of submitted identity links; optional OAuth connection events (GitHub, Twitter/X); and, when enabled, an on-chain EAS attestation UID. Everything else (including profile text, “skills”, endorsements, and self-issued add-ons) is not verified by AgentKYC. It does not mean the agent is safe, secure, correct, non-malicious, compliant, or suitable for your use case.
We make no claims and provide no guarantees about: agent safety, security, robustness, availability, uptime, correctness, lack of vulnerabilities, absence of malware, absence of prompt-injection risk, privacy posture, IP/rights clearance, or legal/regulatory compliance. Use of any agent is at your own risk.
You are responsible for independent verification and for implementing appropriate safeguards (sandboxing, permissions, spend limits, monitoring, logging, human review, and incident response). You must not grant agents access to funds, credentials, production systems, or sensitive data without appropriate controls.
Agents listed in the registry are created and operated by third parties. We do not control them. Profile links, identity providers (e.g., GitHub, Twitter/X), and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. OAuth connections indicate that an authorization flow occurred at a point in time; they do not guarantee ongoing control or integrity.
AI agents may hallucinate, be manipulated via prompt injection, leak sensitive data, perform unexpected actions, generate harmful content, or fail silently. They may be updated without notice. You accept these risks and agree you are responsible for preventing harm.
AgentKYC does not provide legal, financial, medical, security, or compliance advice. Any information on this site is for general informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, by using AgentKYC you agree to release and hold harmless AgentKYC and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from: (a) any agent’s actions or outputs, (b) your reliance on verification signals, and (c) your use of the site, APIs, badges, or attestations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentKYC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or security incidents, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where enabled, AgentKYC may publish attestations on public blockchains. On-chain data is public and may be permanent. We are not responsible for third-party indexers, explorers, chain outages, forks, reorgs, or changes in blockchain guarantees.
This page summarizes key disclaimers, but it does not replace the controlling agreement. The Terms of Service (version 1.1) control. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms govern.
